HOW TO PAY & ORDER:
Find the product you're interested in, write down the ITEM CODE and e-mail it to me at: CYBERGEAR@PARAPRAXIS.NL
You'll recieve an e-mail with payment & delivery instruction.
It's as simple as that.

ETSY WEBSTORE:
If you're uncomfortable with dealing with me directly, and prefer using PayPal and other such secure payment devices, I recommend buying my CyberGear from ETSY. I'll post your ordered item on there and you can buy it directly via their system. This is particularly interesting for international buyers (outside The Netherlands).

CUSTOM ORDER:
Contact me first and tell me what you're interested in. I can see if it's feasable and give you a cost estimate. If we both agree on a design, a small production fee is asked to cover the material costs.

DAMAGED/REPAIR:
Superficial damage (paintwork etc.) is easily mended and may be cheaper to rectify at home; I'll walk you through it. However, If you are uncertain, you can always bring/mail it back to me and I'll repair it. I only require that you cover the shipping costs. In extensive repairs that require new materials and extra hours, additional charges may be brought. Please discuss this with me via e-mail.

RETURN POLICY:
I don't really have one. This is a one-man operation; any money I make goes into making more CyberGear, it's as simple as that. If the item you ordered doesn't fit or got broken in transit, I'm happy to reach a compromise. E-mail me.

SHIPPING COSTS (PostNL):
NL = €6,75 (up to 10kg)
EUR1-= €8,50 (up to 2kg)
EUR2-= €10,20 (up to 2kg)
EUR3 = €11,05 (up to 2kg)
WORLD = €17,10 (up to 2kg)
